Sweet Berry Farm

We recently visited a really neat pumpkin patch during a trip to see my family in Austin!  Sweet Berry Farms is a "pick-your-own berries by Spring and pumpkin patch by Fall" type of farm.  We had such a great time with my parents, my high-school friend Roxy and her family, and of course, our own little family.

Happy Halloween!

The girls had a great Halloween!  They were both Tinkerbell, but of course, each had her own Tinkerbell look!  We walked up to the neighborhood Fall carnival and then trick-or-treated our way home...much fun had by all!

We love pumpkins!

Last year we discovered that Calloway's Nursery has really cute pumpkin displays and lots of them!  It's not as crowded as the local pumpkin patch, so we opted to snap our first pumpkin pictures of the season there (and buy a few too!)...

Happy 5th Birthday Katelyn!

Birthday Ice Cream Date with Brodie

Since Brodie wasn't able to come to Katelyn's party, he and his mom offered to take her out for the treat of her choice on her actual birthday...and Baskin Robbins it was!

Our friends, the Bells, graciously invited us to be their guests at a Rangers game.  Philip's employer has a suite at the ballpark, so it was quite a treat to say the least!  And to top it off, the Rangers won!  Thank you Bells for such a fun birthday memory!

DONATION DELIVERY TO CHILDREN'S MEDICAL CENTER

At Katelyn's birthday party (since the time she turned 2), instead of gifts, we ask her guests to bring donations of puzzles, coloring books, and markers for Children's Medical Center.  We went with some friends the week following her party to deliver them.  This is always one of the highlights of her birthday!
