Snow Day and China Trip Update!

Katelyn and I went to visit Jenny (Kristen's good friend and roommate from college) and her daughter Jordan this past Thursday afternoon! About halfway there, it started "pouring" snow!!...and it didn't stop until later that evening! Once we arrived, we all enjoyed watching the huge snowflakes cover everything in white! Thankfully Katelyn and I were able to make it home ok, it just took a long time! The signs on the interstate were covered in snow and ice! It was so crazy! The snow picture below was taken in Jenny's neighborhood on the afternoon we were there!

On another note, we leave this Wednesday for our 10-day trip to China! We are very excited about this opportunity! Please pray that:

1) Katelyn's little body would adjust well to the time change/jet lag

2) The time we are able to spend with our Chinese friends would be meaningful and encouraging, especially in light of the Easter holiday coming up!

3) We would have safe flights (we leave at 7:30 a.m. this Wednesday and we return to the U.S. on Saturday, March 22 at 4:00 p.m.)

4) Dave's meetings would be productive and that he would be able to manage his time well each day he has in the office

Katelyn is getting so big.
I am praying yall will have a wonderful time in China, and that everyone sleeps good on the plane ride and once you get there.
